The regular registration fee is $120 if the form is submitted on or before July 10, 2000 and $130 if after July 10. The registration fee includes a subscription to the Conference Proceedings and a ticket to the conference banquet. Graduate students or a recent (1999-2000) Ph.D. student may pay only a $30 registration fee. This does not include a copy of the conference proceedings.
